Job Description: RERA Executive
Company: Law Brothers LLP
Location: Mumbai -Churchgate
Mandatory Requirement (Only those essentially satisfy these bare minimum

Should be Mumbai localite
Office time 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Min 2 years Commitment
1. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
2. Prior experience in RERA compliance, documentation, and project
registrations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. RERA Compliance & Project Registration
a)Prepare, review, and file applications for project registration, extension, correction, and updates under RERA.
b) Coordinate with developers, consultants, architects, engineers, and chartered accountants for obtaining required documents and certifications.
c)Ensure timely compliance with RERA regulations and authority requirements.
2. Documentation & Record Management
a)Maintain digital and physical records of all RERA projects and related
correspondence.
b)Organize and manage project files, approvals, certificates, and statutory documents.
c)Ensure proper documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory
submissions.




3. RERA Filings & Reporting
a) Prepare and submit quarterly, annual, and event-based RERA compliances. Track due dates and ensure timely filing of Form 1, Form 2A, Form 3, Form 5,
b)Annual Reports, and other prescribed forms.
Monitor project status and update internal compliance trackers.
4. Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding RERA-related matters.
Provide regular updates on application status, approvals, notices, and
compliance requirements.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities for clarifications and follow-ups.
5. Authority Liaison & Follow-Ups
a)Follow up with RERA authorities and other government departments regarding pending applications and approvals.
b) Attend meetings and assist in resolving compliance-related issues.
