Job Role: Sr. HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sr. HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about talent acquisition and capable of building a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring needs and prepare job descriptions for various roles
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals,



and other creative methods
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for final selection
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly
- Handle onboarding formalities and maintain candidate documentation
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies (where needed)
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, documentation, and employee coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times
