About the RoleWe are looking for an R&D; Intern to support the development and testing of sustainable, carbon-upcycled building materials. The role involves hands-on material testing, sample preparation, product trials, data collection, documentation, and coordination with the R&D; team.

This prospect is ideal for candidates interested in sustainable construction, material science, climate tech, and hands-on experimentation.

- Roles & Responsibilities Support research, literature reviews, and data collection related to sustainable and carbon-upcycled building materials.
- Assist in preparing material samples and test specimens for strength, durability, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct basic laboratory activities such as material mixing, sample preparation, measurements, and equipment handling.
- Perform basic material tests, including density/weight, water absorption, surface finish, and visual quality checks.
- Record, organize, and maintain test results and experimental data in spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing R&D; reports,



test documentation, presentations, and technical records.
- Support product trials and small-scale on-site demonstrations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with the design and business teams to understand product requirements and provide basic technical inputs.
- Assist in managing R&D; materials, tools, equipment, and laboratory supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in laboratory and testing areas.
- Track ongoing R&D; activities and support the team with day-to-day coordination and documentation.
- Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of construction materials and testing.
- Interest in sustainable materials, circular economy, and climate technology.
- Willingness to work hands-on with materials and laboratory processes.
- Basic data recording and documentation skills.
