Job Summary

V2 Homes & Developers is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer interaction, and achieving targets. Candidates must own a two-wheeler or car, as the role involves field visits and client meetings across Mysore.

*Key Responsibilities:-*

* Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and networking.

* Meet prospective customers and explain our residential plot and property projects.

* Conduct site visits with interested clients.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

* Represent the company professionally during client meetings and promotional events.

*Eligibility:-*





Bachelor's degree preferred (PUC/Diploma candidates with sales experience may also apply).

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Marketing.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.

*Mandatory Requirements:-*

Must own a Two-Wheeler or Car.

Must possess a valid Driving License.

Willingness to travel within Mysore for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills

Fluent in Kannada (mandatory).

Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Target-oriented and self-driven.
