As part of our expansion, we are developing new office/project locations in Bangalore and Andhra Pradesh and are looking for a skilled Project Planning Engineer - Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, and development of these projects.

Job Purpose

The Project Planning Engineer - Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing civil and infrastructure-related works for the development of our new office locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project plans, schedules, and execution timelines for civil and infrastructure works.
- Coordinate and monitor construction and office development activities at project sites.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates, material requirements, and project cost inputs.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper quality standards and safety practices are followed at project locations.
- Review drawings, layouts, measurements, and technical specifications.
- Track project expenses, material usage, and contractor work progress.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and site-level challenges and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and timelines.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination for civil, electrical, interior, and other infrastructure-related requirements.
- Coordinate between the Bangalore and Andhra Pradesh locations based on project requirements.

Travel Requirement

- Frequent travel to Bangalore and Andhra Pradesh will be required based on project activities and work requirements.
- The candidate should be comfortable working at different project-site locations and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in project planning, civil construction, office development, or infrastructure projects.
- Valuable knowledge of civil construction processes, BOQ, estimation, planning, and project execution.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera or similar project planning tools will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently monitor and manage multiple project activities.
