- YOUR ROLEGenerate and handle high-quality customer leads.

- Drive customers for site visits and convert them into bookings.
- Negotiate, follow up and close deals.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain strong sales discipline and CRM hygiene.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We want people who:

- Have 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate,



B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, EdTech or similar sales roles.
- Are confident communicators with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Are hungry for targets, incentives and growth.
- Don’t give up after a “NO” — they turn it into a “YES.”
- Are comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-performance sales environment.
- Have a proven record of achieving sales targets.
