Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell fragrance products at mall shop, events, and promotional tables.
- Stand and interact actively with customers throughout the shift.
- Demonstrate perfumes, assist customers in testing scents, and explain product perks.
- Distribute pamphlets and attract footfall to the table.
- Maintain a clean, appealing display and ensure proper showcasing of products.
- Build a friendly rapport with customers and answer queries confidently.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets to maximize commissions.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

- Strong communication and people-handling skills.




- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with the ability to connect quickly.
- Quick learner — especially with product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Comfortable standing for long hours at mall or outdoor setups.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible with inventory.
- Prior sales/promoter experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Training & Growth

- Complete training provided on products, selling technique, and customer handling.
- Performance-based commission structure — more sales = more earnings.
- Part-time role, with the option to convert to full-time based on performance.
