Position: Manager – People, Talent & Capability Development

Location: Bengaluru

Compensation:

₹30,000 per month fixed + Performance Incentive ₹10,000–15,000 per month

About Living Elements World

Living Elements World is a leading luxury surfaces company specializing in premium decorative concrete, terrazzo, microtopping, oxide finishes, lime plasters, hardwood flooring, and bespoke architectural finishes. We work closely with architects, interior designers, hospitality brands, luxury residences, and commercial projects to create exceptional spaces.

As we scale across South India, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial People & Talent professional who can help us build the next generation of craftsmen, engineers, supervisors, project managers, and leaders.

This is not a traditional HR role.

This role is for someone who wants to build an organization.

Role Purpose

To build the recruitment engine, training systems, performance culture, and leadership pipeline that will support the growth of Living Elements World.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Recruit Site Engineers, Supervisors, Project Coordinators, Sales Executives, Applicators, and Operations Team members.

• Develop recruitment channels through job portals, referrals, technical institutes, and social media.

• Maintain a continuous talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.

• Improve candidate quality and reduce hiring turnaround time.

1. Employee Onboarding & Integration

• Design and implement structured onboarding programs.

• Ensure every new employee understands company culture, products, processes, and expectations.

• Conduct induction and orientation programs.

1. Learning & Development





• Build the Living Elements Training Academy.

• Coordinate technical training programs for terrazzo, decorative concrete, microtopping, wood flooring, and surface applications.

• Create training calendars and skill development plans.

• Maintain competency and certification records.

1. Performance Management

• Implement KPI-based performance management systems.

• Coordinate monthly and quarterly reviews.

• Support managers in goal setting and performance tracking.

• Drive accountability and productivity improvement.

1. Career Development & Retention

• Create growth pathways for applicators, engineers, supervisors, and sales personnel.

• Develop succession plans and internal promotion programs.

• Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.

1. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records.

• Coordinate attendance and payroll processes.

• Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are completed.

• Manage leave and employee communication systems.

1. Culture Building

• Promote a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, learning, and excellence.

• Organize employee engagement activities.

• Drive recognition and reward programs.

Recruitment

• Positions filled within target timelines

• Joining ratio

• Offer acceptance ratio

Training





• Training hours conducted

• Skill certifications completed

• Reduction in project execution errors

Performance

• KPI implementation across departments

• Completion of review cycles

• Employee productivity improvements

Retention

• 90-day retention of new hires

• Employee turnover reduction

• Internal promotions achieved

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

MBA HR / MSW / BBA HR / Human Resources specialization

Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or HR Operations

• Experience in construction, interiors, manufacturing, contracting, building materials, architecture, hospitality operations, or project-based businesses preferred
