Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace accounts.
Create and update product listings.
Handle inventory, pricing and order processing.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues.
Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
Maintain accurate product data and ensure timely updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce.
Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
