Responsibilities of the Store Manager

1. Store opening & Closing Procedures

Ensure store opening and closing is done as per protocol and specified time.

Ensure lights, systems, AC are made on/off

2. Store Readiness

Visual Merchandising, communication of promotios and signage displays.

Store maintainence, optimum level of stock displays in counter.

3. Inventory Management

Stock refill, stock inward and outward, requirment handling.

4. Store Administrtion

Monitor HR related activity- Time, Uniform. Maintaing store level statutory check- licences.

5. Staff Management and Training

Hiring, training staff to act as per company policy and motivate them to acheive targets.

6. Security and loss prevention

Ensure proper security maintenance is in place - CCTV, Anti theft alarms and tags, Scrap sale monitoring.

7. Cash Management

Ensuring all sales and cash reconciliation done, petty cash management.

8. Customer Experience

Maintain high level of customer satisfaction, solve any issue and complaints

9. Reports and Review

Monitoring the reports of the subordinates and review based on their performances . Reporting to the CEO regarding the store performance.
