? Job RoleWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Franchise Support & Telecalling Executive to join our JYCSM team.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with our Franchise Centers, regular follow-ups, solving basic franchise-related issues and supporting registration growth.

- ? Key Responsibilities
- Daily calling and follow-up with JYCSM Franchise Centers
- Maintain regular communication with franchise owners
- Follow up regarding student registrations and pending activities
- Understand franchise problems and coordinate with the concerned team
- Reactivate inactive franchise centers through regular follow-up
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records
- Update franchise status and important information




- Prepare daily/weekly activity reports
- Support the Operations Team in franchise-related activities
- Maintain a qualified relationship with franchise owners
- ? What We Expect
- Good communication skills
- Bengali communication is essential
- Basic English/Hindi communication is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred
- Confident in speaking over phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow up consistently and achieve assigned targets
