Mall Cashier & Sales Person

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, and energetic Mall Cashier & Sales Person to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, handling sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

- Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate cash balances and prepare daily cash reports.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets and performance goals.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Follow company procedures,

- Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashier operations preferred.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
