- Prepare detailed project execution plans and construction schedules.
- Coordinate with planning and procurement teams to ensure material and resource availability.
- Forecast manpower and equipment requirements and monitor utilization.
2. Site Execution:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures.
3. Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients at the site level.
- Conduct site meetings, resolve technical queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and address any client concerns promptly.
4. Billing & Documentation:
- Prepare and verify client RA (Running Account) bills, subcontractor bills,
and material reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors and accounts team for certification and invoicing.
- Maintain all site-related documentation, including drawings, site instructions, and work logs.
5. Contract Closure & Handover:
- Ensure completion of punch-list items and snag rectifications.
- Support final inspection and handover processes to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of final billing, documentation, and contract closure reports.
