We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR /Manager to manage and oversee all human resources activities within the organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee development.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including job postings, interviews, selection, and offer management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Conduct and support performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards,



and workforce analytics for management.
- Coordinate disciplinary procedures when required.
- Work closely with department heads and senior management on HR-related matters.
- Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with experience in an HR management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Valuable understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
