We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Technical Field Specialist to oversee field operations, maintain high technical standards, and ensure client satisfaction. You will use your expertise in pests and chemical treatments to conduct audits, resolve complaints, and train field laborers. This role requires extensive local travel to engage directly with clients and operators.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Supervision: Maintain rigorous company and industry technical standards across all field operations.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular field audits to ensure safety, chemical compliance, and service quality.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve client complaints swiftly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Educate, train, and update field laborers and pest control operators on technical skills and chemical usage.




- Field Education: Use extensive field knowledge to educate clients on preventive measures and pest management practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.), Diploma, or any Graduate degree.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pest biology, behavior, and chemical treatments/pesticides.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively train staff and manage clients.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for extensive field travel.
- Attributes: Solid problem-solving skills, leadership traits, and a customer-centric mindset.
