Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages as required.
- QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
- Salary₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses
