Adhi Tyres Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers and dealers, generating sales and expanding the company's market presence in the assigned territory.

This is a field sales role requiring regular travel and interaction with dealers, retailers, fleet owners and other customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit tyre dealers, automobile shops, fleet operators and potential customers.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Promote and sell the company's tyre products across relevant segments.
- Generate enquiries, quotations and orders and follow up for closure.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Identify new dealers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Monitor competitor brands, pricing, schemes and market activity.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and dealers.
- Submit daily reports on market visits, enquiries,



orders and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding orders, payments and deliveries.
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Experience in tyres, automobile parts, batteries, lubricants, commercial vehicles, FMCG distribution or related industries will be an advantage.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and travelling.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and target-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Motorcycle and valid driving licence required.

Preferred Candidate : We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and comfortable approaching new customers, with the ability to develop business independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
