? JOB SUMMARY

• Operate and monitor CNC turning machines for the production of precision components.

• Ensure accurate production, quality inspection, machine performance, and workplace safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.





• Load raw materials and tooling into the machine.

• Perform tool offset adjustments and basic machine parameter corrections.

• Monitor machine performance and production quality.

• Inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.

• Replace worn tools and perform routine preventive maintenance.

• Record production data and maintain inspection reports.

• Identify and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
