Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Lead and manage the store team.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock checking, and replenishment.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure store cleanliness, display, grooming, and discipline.
- Maintain attendance and ensure company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with the Cluster Manager and Head Office.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of retail/store management experience.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-orientated and responsible attitude.
- Retail/Fashion/Apparel experience preferred.
