What you'll be working on:

- Prepare and cook authentic Indian vegetarian dishes with consistency and quality
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Ensure timely food preparation and smooth service
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies as required
- Maintain discipline and professionalism within the kitchen environment

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef




- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Professional attitude with a long-term commitment mindset
- Strong references and openness to background verification
