Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential property buyers, generating and qualifying leads, explaining real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospects.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads from company-provided databases, digital campaigns and property portals.
- Understand customers' budget, location and property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Excel regularly.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain a strong relationship with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling,



lead-generation and site-visit targets.
- Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support or Real Estate.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, polite and persuasive personality.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
