Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell banking products such as:
- Savings & Current Accounts
- Fixed Deposits
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Gold Loans
- Credit Cards
- Insurance and Investment Products
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct KYC documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
