Job Summary

JTC Holidays is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Telesales Associate to join its travel and tourism team. The candidate will be responsible for selling tour packages and travel services, handling customer inquiries, and converting them into bookings.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the Telesales, along with good customer-handling and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and outbound tour packages.
- Promote and sell travel packages to individual customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls and other channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel terms to customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Eligibility

- 12th in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales.
- Candidates with experience in the travel and tourism industry will be preferred.

- Comfortable working in a full-time day-shift role.

Salary & Benefits

- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
