We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Online Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online order operations at Javta.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and manage orders received through Shopify

* Confirm COD orders through calls and WhatsApp

* Coordinate order packing and dispatch

* Manage courier booking, shipment tracking and delivery follow-ups

* Handle customer queries through WhatsApp and calls

* Manage exchange, return and refund requests

* Maintain inventory and update stock regularly

* Maintain daily order and sales reports in MS Excel

* Coordinate with courier partners for delayed shipments, RTOs and delivery issues

* Raise and follow up on courier claims whenever required

* Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing





* Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Online Operations

* Hands-on experience with Shopify is preferred

* Good knowledge of MS Excel

* Experience in order processing, courier coordination and customer support

* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

* Candidate should be responsible, organised and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
