Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Head to oversee the end-to-end production operations at our foundry The role requires solid expertise in ductile iron casting processes manpower management and ensuring high-quality output while meeting production targets Position - Production Head Foundry Location - Uluberia Howrah West Bengal Experience - 8 years Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day foundry operations for ductile iron casting Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards Monitor and control all stages of production - melting moulding core making fettling and machining Ensure adherence to safety quality and compliance standards across the plant Optimize resource utilization manpower materials and machines Drive process improvements and adopt best practices in foundry technology Coordinate with maintenance quality and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow Train mentor and motivate shop floor teams for higher efficiency Report production KPIs challenges and improvement plans to management Desired Candidate Profile Qualification B Tech Diploma in Metallurgy Mechanical Engineering Experience 8 years in foundry operations preferably ductile iron Strong knowledge of melting moulding sand systems and quality parameters in ductile iron casting Proven track record of leading production teams and meeting operational goals Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
