Job Title SAP PS Lead Consultant Experience Required 6 Years Preferably 7-10 Years Job Type Full-Time Contract Location Mumbai - Powai Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System PS Lead Consultant to manage end-to-end SAP PS implementations solution design integrations and process optimization The consultant will serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery of SAP PS functionalities in an S 4HANA environment Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership Lead and manage full-cycle SAP PS implementations Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout project phases SAP PS Configuration Configure and customize SAP PS master and transactional data including Project Definitions WBS Structures Networks and Network Profiles Ensure accurate setup aligned with business processes Solution Design Prepare detailed functional specifications for RICEF objects Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflow Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate development and testing Integration Ensure smooth integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules including Finance FI Controlling CO Sales and Distribution SD Materials Management MM HR CATS where applicable Project Planning Support creation of project plans and provide inputs for scope definition Participate in blueprinting requirement gathering and process workshops Business Process Optimization Analyze map and optimize client business processes within SAP PS Recommend improvements and design solutions aligned with best practices Financial Processes Manage and support processes related to Project Cost Planning Revenue Planning Budgeting Results Analysis Revenue Recognition Ensure accuracy of financial postings and settlements Training and Support Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users Provide ongoing support during UAT go-live and post-production phases Data Migration and Upgrades Participate in data migration efforts involving project-related objects Support system upgrades and S 4HANA transition activities related to SAP PS Required Qualifications and SkillsExperience Minimum 6 years of SAP PS experience ideally 7-10 years Hands-on experience with SAP S 4HANA Education Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field Technical Skills In-depth configuration knowledge of WBS Network and Activities Cost Planning Budgeting Project Procurement Time Sheets CATS Strong understanding of integration with FI CO SD MM and HR Knowledge of Results Analysis Version Management Project System Reporting Familiarity with RICEF objects and development coordination Soft Skills Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Strong organizational and documentation skills Project Experience Proven track record in leading or contributing to End-to-end SAP PS implementations Capital Projects Customer Projects Experience in both greenfield and brownfield project environments is preferred Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Ability to commute relocate Powai Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Master s Required Location Powai Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
