About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - Banking Operations to handle data collection documentation and application processing for loan and surety products The role requires adherence to defined TAT and seamless coordination with customers and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely processing Key Responsibilities Report Preparation Assist the team lead by screening filtering and organizing customer data for preparation of detailed reports Stakeholder Management Build and maintain solid working relationships with customers insurance companies and other stakeholders Customer Coordination Liaise with customers to ensure timely submission of required documents and information Data Management Arrange and manage client data systematically to address queries raised by insurers and lenders Service Delivery Respond to client requests and resolve queries within stipulated TAT while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or Master s in Commerce M Com 1-2 years of experience in accounting MIS or related financial operations Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills
