Location Indore Madhya Pradesh 5 Days a Week - Onsite Experience 1-2 Years ABOUT ORAI ROBOTICS ORAI Robotics is a leading AI technology company and a top Meta solution partner transforming business communication with Conversational AI Generative AI Agentic AI and Role-Based AI Agents We create seamless AI-driven customer interactions across websites mobile apps and WhatsApp driving automation personalization and growth WePowerConversations Key Responsibilities Manage client onboarding training and adoption of chatbot solutions Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support Coordinate between clients and the tech team for custom chatbot requirements Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention Gather and document client requirements and feedback Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner Maintain client records reports and project updates Assist in optimizing chatbot performance based on user feedback Use Excel and Google Workspace tools to manage data reporting and documentation REQUIREMENTS The candidate must possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Support Skills Must have excellent Communication skills both written and verbal Strong Analytical skills to understand customer feedback and provide solutions Must have a robust commitment to Customer Satisfaction Should have knowledge about basic AI tools Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing Technical or any related field is required Prior customer service experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
