Job Title Telecaller Location Belgaum Department Sales Customer Service Reports to Manager Operations Role Overview The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with vendors customers and potential partners of Xpanse Cafe to build strong relationships share product information resolve queries and support sales growth The role requires good communication skills persistence and a customer-first approach Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to vendors customers and leads to promote Xpanse Cafe offerings Maintain regular follow-ups with existing vendors customers to strengthen relationships Provide accurate information about products offers and services Handle inbound queries and resolve them with professionalism Update call records feedback and interactions in the database Assist the sales and marketing team in lead generation and conversions Collect customer vendor feedback and share insights with management Achieve daily weekly call and conversion targets Skills Qualifications Minimum HSC Graduate preferred Prior telecalling customer service sales experience preferred not mandatory Strong communication skills in English Hindi and Kannada local language preferred Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM call logs Persuasive confident and good at relationship building Key Attributes Polite and qualified tone Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Quick learner and adaptable Ability to handle rejections and objections effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
