Responsibilities Develop update and maintain architectural BIM models from LOD 400 up to LOD 500 Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations for presentations client approvals and design validation Generate detailed shop drawings plans sections elevations schedules Support 3D coordination and clash detection with structure and MEP Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan BEP QA QC requirements Requirements Diploma Degree in Architecture or equivalent Strong proficiency in Revit Navisworks and rendering tools Enscape Lumion Twin motion or equivalent Knowledge of materials finishes and detailing Familiarity with BIM Level of Development LOD 350-500 Positive understanding of coordination workflows and drawing production Job Types Full-time Permanent
