RIK Industries Private Limited is a furniture manufacturing company located in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu We are looking for a profile for a senior store in-charge position Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability while minimizing overstock Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory movements ensuring all goods are properly accounted for Liaise with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment Store Operations Oversee daily store activities including opening and closing procedures Ensure the store environment is clean organized and safe Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation Handle complaints and resolve any issues efficiently Stock Control Quality Assurance Ensure products are stored in appropriate conditions and organized by category Manage product with proper placement in the store Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or spoilage Maintain high standards of product quality and shelf life Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of stock movements deliveries returns and other inventory-related activities Generate and submit regular reports on inventory levels stock movements FG Stock and staff performance Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize store operations Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Conduct regular audits Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field preferred Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or a similar role in Industry or warehouse operations Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel Solid organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund
