Required Skills Behavioral Aptitude Creativity Behavioral Traits Enablers or Disablers Digital Technology Orientation Technology Microsoft Office Applications Microsoft Excel Education Qualification Any Graduate Required Skill Technology - Microsoft Office Applications Microsoft Excel Behavioral - Traits Enablers or Disablers Digital Technology Orientation Behavioral - Aptitude Creativity Details The role will be responsible for deliverable within ad hoc custom standard reporting and bring our dashboards to the next level Create and maintain high data quality in larger and more detailed analytic reports As the organization evolves your responsibilities will also include building HR analytics capabilities to strengthen support for people decision making This position provides an insight obtained to the CPO s office for strategy and action planning to address undesired trends Direct interaction within the function BU in facilitating the alignment of BU Data Reporting needs Key responsibilities include 1 Create and maintain reporting reflecting our current standards report deliverable e g HR report Manager- and HR dashboard reports etc 2 Conduct clean ups within our reports custom scheduled dashboards etc 3 Support on ad hoc reporting globally to Talent C B and Recruiting etc 4 Independently conducts the most complex analysis requiring a deep understanding of performance variables data management measurement and or analytics data design principles concept and practices 5 Builds standardized dashboards and reports to meet business requirements while maintaining a focus on efficiency and repeatability across Functions BUs 6 Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provides insights to the organization 7 With minimal oversight draws conclusions and presents analysis findings to BU Functional leadership 8 Use knowledge of analytics statistics and modeling techniques to develop and improve sophistication of analytical solutions 9 Identify actionable insights suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business 10 Works with HR Leadership COE GHRS etc to execute projects to enhance mature analytical capabilities Location India - Bengaluru Created On 05-Jul-2022
