Experience Level 15 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to join our Digital Network and Security Centre of Excellence The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network and security solutions with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and optimizing network performance This role will involve designing implementing and managing complex network infrastructures while ensuring robust security measures Key Responsibilities Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and solutions to enhance performance and security Conduct Audit and compliance checks and perform gap analysis and provide recommendations to remediate the identified gaps Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of network projects ensuring timely and successful delivery Lead L3 engineers to troubleshoot P1 issues and assist them with proper RCA and CAPA Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Prepare and present network designs and proposals to senior management Develop best practices standards and guidelines for network and security solutions Mentor and train team members on advanced networking and security concepts Stay updated with the latest networking and security technologies and trends and share insights with the team Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations changes and procedures Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Develop and enforce network policies and procedures Provide advanced technical support and guidance to network administrators and IT staff Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field A Master s degree is preferred 15 years of experience in network architecture and security solutions Extensive knowledge of networking protocols hardware and software Proficiency in network security technologies including firewalls VPNs IDS IPS load balancers routing switching SD WANs proxy solutions Proficiency in network security tooling such as solar wind thousand eyes logic monitor Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Relevant certifications such as TOGAF CCIE CISSP or equivalent are highly desirable Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages Knowledge of SD-WAN and network virtualization technologies Location India - Bengaluru Created On 06-May-2025
