Job description Formwork Sales Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Formwork Sales Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong customer relationships and promoting the sale of formwork systems to clients across the construction and infrastructure industry Key Responsibilities - Identify potential clients and generate leads within the construction and infrastructure sector Promote and sell formwork solutions aluminum steel plastic etc based on client needs Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals Conduct site visits product demos and technical discussions Negotiate contracts pricing and payment terms with customers Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure product suitability and timely delivery Follow up with clients for payments and post-sales support Stay updated with market trends competitors and customer requirements Maintain a database of client interactions pipeline and sales reports Key Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Positive understanding of formwork systems and construction site processes Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and handle targets Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Construction sales 2 years Preferred Location Pune Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
