RESPONSIBILITIES Work on large-scale Commercial and Residential projects from Schematic Design LOD 200 Stage to Construction Documentation LOD 350 Stage Work on Revit Architecture Structure Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models Multi-disciplinary coordination Clash detection using Navisworks Manage Coordinate with Design Consultants Clients and Subcontractors Create and maintain BIM library components Ability to read and understand Drawings and specifications Quantity take-offs Quality checks Attend BIM coordination meetings and prepare MOM Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills Software Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team Demonstrate effective communication skills Requirements Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field Experience of 2 years working as an Architect BIM Expert Proficient in using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Experience on International Projects Preferred Excellent skills in creating construction documents Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
