What this role entail Design build and optimize engaging technical documentation for product developers scientists product implementers technical support and end users within planned timelines Collaborate with multiple product teams to effectively capture high-level low-level architecture designs critical process flows e g product integrations data ingestion extraction user administration and other workflows and REST API details in the technical documentation Ensure adherence to DITA other industry standards while creating technical content Incorporate modern trends in information architecture visual information design to ensure usability quality and consistency of the content Responsible for continuously editing and revising content to ensure users have the best possible experience with a changing digital product Develop a solid content strategy and regular content calendars What lands you in this role Proficiency in designing and developing content that follows DITA or other standards Proficiency in writing for both technical and non-technical audiences Background knowledge of technical platforms and languages Good Knowledge of Documentation Publishing Software like Adobe RoboHelp MadCap Ektron IBM Whatfix Education- Bachelors in any of the following disciplines Computer Science Software engineering English
