Job description Diffrenz Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Tester with expertise in automation testing The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing a passion for delivering high-quality software and the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment we encourage you to apply Responsibilities Test Planning and Strategy Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on project requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and ensure effective test coverage Test Design and Execution Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test cases for automated testing Execute automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product functionality to meet specifications Automation Testing Design implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks Continuously explore and implement automation strategies to improve testing efficiency Defect Tracking and Reporting Identify document and track software defects through the testing life cycle Generate and communicate clear and concise defect reports to the development team Collaboration and Communication Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of testing objectives Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding testing progress issues and overall project status Regression Testing Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionality after code changes Continuous Improvement Stay updated on industry best practices emerging technologies and testing methodologies Propose and implement improvements to the testing process to enhance overall software quality Mentoring and Training Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the testing team Conduct training sessions to enhance the overall skill set of the testing team Qualifications Any degree 3 to 5 years of proven experience in software testing with a focus in automation testing Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and processes Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium Appium or similar Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full time Work Location In person
