Company Description We re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration accounting reporting regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide We employ a global workforce of 6 500 people across 24 jurisdictions and have assets under administration AUA exceeding US 857 billion We work with 13 of the world s top-15 private equity firms Our services are underpinned by a Group-wide commitment to ESG and best-in-class technology including a global data platform and innovative proprietary tools supported by in-house experts Above all what makes us different is our people Operating as trusted partners to our clients we deliver intelligent solutions through a combination of technical expertise and strong relationships based on deep client understanding We re driven by our Group purpose to power people and possibilities A review-focused position responsible for validating fund accounting deliverables and ensuring quality standards While initially supporting preparation activities as needed the role primarily performs detailed reviews of financial statements and supports complex accounting processes while serving as a technical resource for preparers The position focuses on quality assurance review oversight and maintaining accounting standards across deliverables What you ll do You ll review and sign off on financial statements NAV calculations fund books capital calls and distribution workings while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements You ll apply strong technical accounting knowledge to validate complex transactions document exceptions prepare error reports and provide guidance and feedback to preparers on technical matters You ll support Account Managers in coordinating with cluster partners and clients managing deadlines deliverables and workload planning within the team You ll contribute to process improvement initiatives review operational procedures and help develop best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy You ll maintain client-specific knowledge track work progress through timesheets participate in required training programs and perform other duties aligned with business needs What we offer Comprehensive remuneration Competitive financial packages based upon market rates for your role proportionate to your qualifications level of experiences and skills profile Pension Scheme Generous employer contribution with the ability to increase employee contributions Wellbeing Additional social benefits such as medical insurance life assurance discounted gym memberships and the opportunity to engage with our local community via sports activities charity programmes environmental initiatives Flexible working We recognise the value of working flexibly and enable our employees to enjoy an excellent work-life blend Support and development We will ensure you have the right training tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every day Qualifications About you You hold a Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field with CPA or equivalent certification preferred You bring 2-3 years of PE FA experience and 3-5 years in the financial industry or 4-5 years PE FA and 5-6 years industry experience if partly qualified You demonstrate strong proficiency in reviewing financial statements validating capital calls distribution workings and fund records with deep knowledge of IFRS GAAP and regulatory requirements You excel in analyzing complex transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance applying advanced problem-solving skills and leveraging intermediate Microsoft Office-especially Excel-for quality assurance You embody a collaborative and skilled mindset providing technical guidance maintaining detail-oriented processes communicating effectively and showing resilience with a can-do attitude under tight deadlines Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations Our sustainability depends on us building and maintaining long-term relationships with all our stakeholders -
