Whitefire Diamonds is a leading name in the diamond and jewelry industry known for its commitment to craftsmanship innovation and ethical business practices With a strong global presence and a dynamic team we continue to set benchmarks in excellence and transparency Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations statutory compliance reconciliations and reporting The ideal candidate will bring solid knowledge of accounting principles GST TDS and experience working in a product-based or manufacturing environment preferably in the diamond or jewelry sector Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting functions including ledger entries invoicing and payments Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Handle GST TDS and other statutory compliances and filings Perform reconciliations bank vendor customer accounts inter-company etc Oversee accounts payable and receivable Coordinate with auditors for internal statutory and tax audits Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions Liaise with banks vendors and internal departments Provide financial insights and support to management as required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce CA Inter CMA preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards GST and TDS regulations Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally SAP Zoho Books or ERP systems Experience in the diamond jewelry sector is highly desirable Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
