Key Responsibilities Full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books Managing payables receivables vendor payments and bank reconciliations Monthly closing reconciliation and maintaining clean audit-ready records GST TDS and MCA compliance including coordination with our CA Tracking inventory accounting landed costs SKU cost structures and working capital Maintaining financial documentation invoices and statutory records Preparing monthly MIS P L summaries and simple cash-flow reports for the founder Coordinating with warehousing and logistics teams for stock and billing alignment Helping set up or improve lightweight accounting systems and processes as the business scales Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations preferably in D2C retail or FMCG Proficiency in ZohoBooks and Excel Google Sheets Working knowledge of GST TDS MCA filings and compliance workflows Experience with inventory accounting and basic costing in product-led businesses Ability to work independently across bookkeeping reconciliations and monthly closes Comfort preparing MIS P L statements dashboards and expense reports High attention to detail time management and reliability Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
