Job Summary The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient management of materials inventory and supplies required for the manufacturing process This includes receiving storing and issuing raw materials consumables spare parts and finished goods while ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with company policies Key Responsibilities Receive inspect and record incoming materials tools and equipment Issue materials to production as per requisitions Maintain proper storage conditions and organize stock systematically Ensure timely documentation of all store transactions GRN issue slips stock transfers Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering when required Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for all materials Coordinate with the procurement team for material planning and order follow-ups Ensure compliance with safety quality and housekeeping standards in the store area Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment when necessary if certified Update and maintain inventory management software or ERP system Generate inventory reports stock aging reports and usage trends for analysis Dispose of obsolete or expired inventory as per company policy Support internal and external audits related to inventory and store operations Requirements Education Diploma Graduate in any discipline preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Experience 2-5 years of experience in stores warehouse in a manufacturing setup Skills Knowledge of inventory management systems SAP Oracle Tally etc Good organizational and documentation skills Familiarity with safety and material handling procedures Ability to work with cross-functional teams Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP tools Physically fit to handle store activities Females Candidates Only Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
