Job Title Production Manager Location Greater Noida Job Type Full-Time Experience Required 5-6 Years Department Production Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager for our Cooler manufacturing unit in Greater Noida He will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure productive and on-time production that meets quality standards Key duties include creating and managing production schedules supervising staff enforcing safety protocols and collaborating with other departments like quality assurance and supply chain Their major work will be Assembly Line management Inventory Planning Production Planning and control Target setting Responsibilities Planning and Scheduling Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and coordinate manpower requirements Operations Oversight Supervise all assembly line activities ensuring that production stages are carried out correctly and efficiently Team Management Lead train and motivate the production team evaluating their performance and enforcing company policies and safety regulations Resource Management Determine and manage the necessary resources including workforce raw materials and equipment This also includes managing maintenance schedules for production equipment Quality Control Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and enforce quality control procedures Continuous Improvement Analyze production data identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to increase productivity minimize waste and reduce costs Collaboration Liaise with other departments such as quality assurance supply chain engineering and sales to align production goals with overall business objectives Qualifications and skills Education Bachelor s degree in a related field such as Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred Experience 5-6 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is typically required Leadership Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills are essential for managing teams and resolving issues Organizational Skills Excellent organizational time management and decision-making skills are necessary to handle complex schedules and logistics Technical Knowledge Proficiency in production management software ERP an understanding of production processes and knowledge of quality control and safety standards are crucial Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
