Purpose of the Job As a simulation engineer you will be responsible for the quality and on time execution of FEA tasks meshing modelling simulation according to the defined quality standards and with the defined tools Areas of responsibility Simulation engineer is responsible for activities like Establish and standardize simulation processes methods and workflows to support early-stage product development Correlate virtual simulation results with physical test data to validate and refine simulation accuracy Support design verification product validation using simulation-driven insights Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports capturing simulation methodologies assumptions results and recommendations Basic Requirements of the Job Bachelor of Engineering BE BTech in Mechanical Engineering and around 4 - 8 years related engineering experience Postgraduation ME or MTech is preferred Basic engineering knowledge of fluid mechanics Competence and experience in simulation topics including linear non-linear structural analysis tasks static dynamic thermal fatigue Familiar with simulation tools i e SolidWorks simulation Ansys structural Thermal Excellent Communication presentation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English verbal and written Proven ability to make decisions based on sound engineering practice judgement Agile way of working methodical approach and an eye for detail engineering PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Great collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders Positive interpersonal and communication skills Tech savvy
