HR Recruiter Company Waffle Castle Location Navsari Position HR Recruiter Employment Type Full time Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and multitasking HR Recruiter who can handle staff hiring for multiple outlet locations The ideal candidate must be confident in calling following up daily maintaining proper data and ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end hiring for multiple Waffle Castle outlets Make daily outbound calls to candidates and explain job details Conduct regular follow-ups until the candidate joins Maintain calling data and update Google Sheets daily Prepare and submit daily calling hiring reports Coordinate with outlet owners for hiring updates Ensure closure of all open hiring positions within deadlines Support hiring for new outlet openings 4-5 outlets at a time Prepare offer letters and send them to the respective outlet owners Perform multitasking and manage workload efficiently Requirements Experience in HR recruiting or telecalling preferred Strong communication follow-up skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations Knowledge of Google Sheets Excel is required Fast learner disciplined and target oriented Advanced recruitment skills will be appreciated Job Type Full-time Pay From 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
