Project Role Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description Develop custom software solutions to design code and enhance components across systems or applications Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs Must have skills Microsoft Azure DevOps Application Security DevSecOps Security Penetration Testing Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an Application Lead you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals overseeing project timelines and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes You will also engage in problem-solving activities providing guidance and support to your team members while ensuring adherence to best practices in application development Roles Responsibilities - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary Professional Technical Skills - Must To Have Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps DevSecOps Application Security Security Penetration Testing - Must have experience on Application Security Testing or IT Security Engineering - Must have hands on experience with Application Security solutions SAST SCA IAST API and vulnerability analysis - Must have hands on experience with implementing security controls in the CI CD pipeline - Must have technical experience in infrastructure setup for Application security and Penetration testing tools - Must have strong understanding and experience with project planning and execution application on-boarding or service adoption and agile delivery - Must have very valuable knowledge of the Azure cloud ecosystem and its native capabilities - Should have good knowledge on networking operating systems scripting version control basics e g Git - Should be Inquisitive able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs - Should have Technical communication and documentation skills Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps - The candidate should be willing to work from our client location in Kharadi Pune for 3 days a week - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
