Key Responsibilities Take ownership of project planning execution and completion Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies Coordinate with clients consultants vendors and internal teams to define project scope and requirements Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and statutory regulations Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards Maintain project documentation including progress reports cost tracking and site logs Manage site teams and ensure optimal performance and productivity Identify and resolve issues delays and risks impacting project delivery Report regularly to senior management on project status budget updates and potential risks Bachelor s degree in Engineering Project Management relevant field Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects Solid leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
