We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career choices The role involves counseling prospective students mentoring junior counselors managing admission targets and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills leadership abilities and a passion for student success Contact (phone hidden) Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents about courses career options and admissions Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets Guide students in identifying their strengths career goals and appropriate learning paths Handle walk-ins inquiries and leads generated through various channels Conduct orientation sessions seminars and workshops for students Build and maintain relationships with schools colleges and educational institutions Monitor and mentor a team of academic counselors to ensure effective student guidance Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions admissions and follow-ups Stay updated with market trends industry requirements and competitor offerings Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction at all touchpoints Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Education Psychology Management or related field 3-6 years of experience in academic counseling admissions or student support Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and mentor a team Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage Willingness to travel for seminars events and institutional tie-ups Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Experience Academic counseling 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
