About the Role KheloTech Strategy Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert Sports Consultant to manage day-to-day operations at a client site in Ranchi The role requires a strong blend of sports management expertise and technology orientation with the ability to bridge client needs and HQ teams in Delhi You will be the primary point of contact for the client ensuring smooth execution of operations driving business requirements gathering and delivering project outcomes with efficiency and quality Key Responsibilities 1 Client Relationship Account Management Act as the single point of contact for the client ensuring high levels of satisfaction Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and address operational needs 2 Project Leadership Operations Oversee daily operations at the Ranchi site ensuring compliance with project objectives Coordinate closely with HQ Delhi for seamless execution reporting and escalation Monitor project timelines deliverables and performance metrics 3 Business Requirement Gathering Understand document and analyze client requirements related to technology and sports projects Translate requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams 4 Technology Sports Integration Manage the implementation of tech-enabled solutions in the sports domain Ensure smooth adoption of digital tools platforms and reporting systems by client teams 5 Reporting Communication Prepare and share regular progress reports with HQ and client stakeholders Highlight risks challenges and propose actionable solutions proactively Desired Skills Competencies Strong background in sports management and technology Proven experience in handling client relationships and multi-stakeholder coordination Excellent project management organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently at a client site with minimal supervision Strong communication and presentation skills English Hindi Willingness to travel if required Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Sports Management Business Administration Technology or related field 2-3 years of professional experience in sports-tech client servicing or project management roles What We Offer Opportunity to lead high-impact sports and technology projects dynamic work environment with exposure to top clients Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards Growth opportunities within India s evolving sports ecosystem Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
