RA Construction a dynamic and rapidly growing Real Estate Development Firm is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as a Telesales Marketing Executive This role is ideal for freshers eager to kick-start a rewarding career in real estate sales and gain hands-on experience in a competitive and fast-paced environment If you have excellent communication skills a persuasive attitude and are driven by targets we want to hear from you Interested candidates can directly call or whatsapp their resume on (phone hidden) Key Responsibilities As a Telesales Marketing Executive you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients Your primary goal will be to convert initial inquiries into confirmed site visits Your responsibilities will include Client Outreach and Conversion Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients from provided leads database online inquiries etc Effectively present and market RA Construction s various real estate projects residential commercial plots Persuade and convince clients of the value and benefits of our properties to secure a site visit appointment Handle client questions concerns and objections professionally and persuasively Site Visit Coordination Coordinate logistics and scheduling of site visits with the client Liaise closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure a smooth timely and informative site visit experience for the client Maintain a detailed log of all scheduled and completed site visits Post-Visit Follow-Up Conduct timely follow-up calls after the site visit to gather feedback and address any remaining questions Effortlessly guide the client toward the next step visiting the corporate office for detailed discussions and potential booking Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Report daily weekly sales and call metrics to the management team Qualifications Skills Education Any Bachelor s degree open to Freshers Experience Prior experience in tele-calling sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory We will provide comprehensive training Communication Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and the regional language Hindi local language if applicable with a clear engaging and professional phone manner Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs Interpersonal Skills Highly persuasive tenacious and target-driven Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Organized disciplined and proactive in managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups Tech Savvy Comfortable using basic computer software MS Office and working with CRM sales tracking tools What We Offer Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives and bonuses Comprehensive on-the-job training in real estate sales and market dynamics Clear pathways for career growth and progression within RA Construction A professional supportive and energetic work workplace Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 13 000 00 per month Language Hindi Required English Preferred Work Location In person
