Role Full-stack Python AI Exp 5 yrs Type Remote Candidates will be required to visit the client s Gurgaon office once a month Duration 6 Months Timing 10 AM - 7 PM IST We re looking for a developer with experience in AI application development including familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain AI SDKs and core AI concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation RAG and Model Context Protocol MCP They should also be comfortable working within a cloud-native environment on Microsoft Azure and capable of delivering robust backend services using Flask On the frontend the developer should have hands-on experience with Next js along with up-to-date UI libraries and tools such as React Query Zustand or similar for state management and data handling Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and ShadCN components is expected to support the creation of clean responsive and accessible user interfaces Any experience developing add-ins for Microsoft Office applications e g Word Excel or Outlook would be a welcome bonus though it is not a requirement for this role The wider programme includes a data pipeline component built using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory but a separate team will handle this work so while awareness is helpful direct experience with these tools is not required for this role Key Requirements Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python Backend development experience with Flask Practical experience with AI frameworks e g LangChain AI SDKs and familiarity with RAG MCP or similar concepts Frontend experience with Next js ShadCN Tailwind CSS and libraries such as React Query or Zustand Experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure Awareness of Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory is a plus not required Experience with Microsoft Office add-in development is a bonus We understand it may be challenging to find candidates who are equally strong across all areas Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 80 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Experience Python 5 years Required AI 5 years Required Work Location In person
